Buckeye Blends Roasted Potatoes with Tuscan-Herb Blend

- 2 lb. potatoes cut into wedges
- Sea salt and ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp Tuscan-Herb Blend
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Peel potatoes and cut into wedges; place into the large baking sheet.
- Mix the olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and Tuscan-Herb Blend in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes; toss to combine well.
- Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes.
- Serve warm.
