Ingredients

  • 2 lb. potatoes cut into wedges
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Tuscan-Herb Blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut into wedges; place into the large baking sheet.
  3. Mix the olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and Tuscan-Herb Blend in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the potatoes; toss to combine well.
  5. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
