Homemade Sushi with Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sushi rice
  • 1/3 cup of Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp superfine sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Nori seaweed
  • salmon, cucumber, or other fillings (tuna, avocado, radish, crab sticks)
  • sesame seeds
  • soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi paste to serve

Instructions

  1. Rinse well the sushi rice (change water 3 to 4 times)
  2. Cook the rice for about 20 minutes.
  3. After cooking, remove the rice from the heat and let it sit for five minutes.
  4. Mix the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, and salt until combined well.
  5. Add the rice to a bowl and mix with the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar mixture.
  6. Cover the rice bowl with foil.
  7. Cut the Nori seaweed in half.
  8. Place a portion of rice, salmon, cucumber, sesame seed, and roll the Nori.
  9. Ready! Serve it with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
  10. Enjoy!
