Grilled Beef Tenderloin

Buckeye Blends Grilled Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 4 Tbsp Hickory Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp red pepper sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sage leaves
  • 3 lb. beef tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade and pour into a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add meat, coat with the marinade, toss and seal the bag.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours (or overnight)
  4. Prepare your grill (any) for medium-high heat and grease the grate.
  5. Remove the tenderloin from the marinade and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  6. Grill the tenderloin for about 7 - 8 minutes per side or until the thermometer inserted reaches 140 degrees F.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
