Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of cured bacon
  • 1 cup of Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into strips.
  2. . Place the bacon into a large frying skillet and pour with the Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Cook bacon for about 20 minutes over low heat or until golden and crispy.
  4. Place the fried bacon onto kitchen paper to dry.
  5. Serve cold.
