Garlic-Broccoli with Parmesan Cheese

Buckeye Blends Garlic-Broccoli with Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 broccoli cut into florets
  • 4 garlic cloves finely sliced
  • 1/3 cup of Garlic California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 Tbs freshly ground Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Cut the broccoli into pieces and place it in a baking dish.
  3. Pour with half of Garlic California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add the garlic, salt, and pepper; toss.
  4. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the lemon juice and the remaining Garlic California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
