Pears with Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup of dry red wine
  • ¼ cup of cranberry juice
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 to 8 Bosc pears with stems, peeled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix wine, cranberry juice, sugar, cinnamon, and orange peel in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Cook until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes.
  4. Place pears in a large baking dish.
  5. Drizzle the cranberry-wine mixture over pears.
  6. Roast pears for about one-hour, basting pears with sauce every 20 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar and serve.
