Cranberry-Citrus Sorbet

Buckeye Blends Cranberry-Citrus Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbs grated orange peel

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, stir and remove from the heat.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze for two hours.
  5. Remove the sorbet from the freezer and give a good stir to avoid crystallization.
  6. Freeze again for a further two hours.
  7. Serve cold.
