Buttermilk Cranberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of self-rising flour
  • 1 cup of cranberries chopped (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 cup of buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil; grease with oil.
  3. Add the flour to a large bowl and mix with cranberries.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar, canola oil, egg, and sugar; mix until combined well.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  7. Cool completely, slice, and serve.
