Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the flour, shredded coconut, and baking soda.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the Blood Orange Olive Oil, yogurt, and sugar until sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Combine the flour mixture with the oil mixture and add the cranberries: stir until combined well.
  6. Make small balls from the mixture and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
