Keto Blood Orange Balls

  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp sugar (or natural sweetener Stevia or Erythritol)
  • 4 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp pure orange extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Icing sugar for serving


  1. Mix the cream cheese with sugar or sweetener in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and mix until combined well.
  3. Pour the Blood Orange Olive Oil, coconut oil, extract, and pinch of salt; mix well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about two hours to firm.
  5. Take teaspoon-sized pieces of dough and roll them into balls (about 40).
  6. Place balls onto a baking sheet and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Sprinkle or roll into icing sugar and serve.
