Buckeye Blends Grilled Pork Cutlets in Tuscan-Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1/2 cup of Tuscan-Herb Blend
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • fresh rosemary, parsley, mustard seeds, coriander
  • salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the pork in a large container.
  2. Add the Tuscan-Herb Blend and all remaining ingredients over the meat.
  3. Cover and marinate overnight.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade and dry it onto kitchen paper.
  5. Grill the pork chops over direct heat (lid closed) for about 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  6. Serve warm with salad, potatoes, rice, etc.
