Buckeye Blends Zesty Bok Choy Salad

  • 2 lb. Bok Choy chopped (or green cabbage)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1/2 can of corn (15.25oz)
  • 1 tsp crushed paprika
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp crushed paprika
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley


  1. Rinse and chop the Bok Choy; place it into a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the garlic, red pepper, and corn; toss.
  3. Season with paprika, Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, and pepper; gently stir.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
