Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 large cucumber sliced
  • 2 radishes sliced
  • Vinaigrette
  • 4 Tbsp Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the lettuce leaves, green onion, cucumber, and radishes in a large salad bowl.
  2. Mix the Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine well.
  4. Serve.
