Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup of sparkled water or soda
  • 2 1/2 cups of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 ½ cups flour for all-purposes
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease a baking dish and set it aside.
  3. Mix the yogurt, eggs, Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and sparkling water; stir well.
  4. Add flour, feta, and milk; season with salt.
  5. Knead until the mixture becomes like a batter.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  7. Bake approximately for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove the pie from the oven, let it cool, and slice.
