  • 2/3 cup of Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Heat the Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a saucepot over low heat.
  2. Add the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Stir the mixture for about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a blender; blend for about one minute or until smooth and creamy.
  5. Keep refrigerated in a glass jar.
