Buckeye Blends Homemade Hollandaise Style Sauce

- 2/3 cup of Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
- Heat the Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a saucepot over low heat.
- Add the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Stir the mixture for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a blender; blend for about one minute or until smooth and creamy.
- Keep refrigerated in a glass jar.
