Instructions
- Grease the bottom of the Instant pot with melted butter.
- Add the onion slice, steak, and potato cubes.
- Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting HIGH pressure for 20 minutes.
- When the timer beeps, press "Cancel" and use the Quick Release.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
