  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 onion finely sliced
  • 2 steaks boneless
  • 3 large potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup of beef stock
  • 2 Tbsp Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Taco seasoning (or paprika, oregano, and chili mix)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for serving


  1. Grease the bottom of the Instant pot with melted butter.
  2. Add the onion slice, steak, and potato cubes.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
  4. Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting HIGH pressure for 20 minutes.
  5. When the timer beeps, press "Cancel" and use the Quick Release.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
